The view is amazing! That was the only thing I liked. The shakes were pretty good. The service was awful. We wanted Togo to the top and they didn’t know if we could, I’d it was open or not, very annoying. They never checked on us and when we wanted to pay we had to go all the way down and the cashier lady was rude.

The food was alright, the service attentive and quick, but the place was really cold.
Worst part and reason for the 1 star rating are the prices, the place is already really expensive so we intended to give a custom tip as the bill stated it was very much possible to change the proposed service charge to a custom amount. When paying with a 500 peso bill they just didn't return the full amount but substracted the total amount AND the tip. We only would have given a little less, but being taken the choice of tipping as much as we like is unacceptable, especially when the bill explicitly stated that it is very much possible. Wouldn't recommend this place...

Overpriced, bland and they charge a service fee as their tip. We were paying around 400-600 for 4 people in every other restaurant and here it came out to over 1k for bland food and not including the service fee. I hardly write any reviews and I had to make one for this encounter.

The pizza pepperoni especial took over 30 minutes and it was such a disappointment in looks and tasted bland. We got one coke and it was 34 which was way too expensive for 355ml coke. Just terrible.

This place was rather disappointing. Service was slow and inattentive - I had to ask for drinks 3 times before they arrived...

The food was edible but not what was expected. The hamburger was mixed with onions, egg and other things so it was more like a patty than an actual burger, the fries were raw...

Overall, just go somewhere else
