Me and few of my friends used this hostel as a base while in Chiapas. Man was it amazing! Hostel is priced way below what it is worth. Free breakfast and dinner every day. You get free drinks on certain days and with bunch of free activities. What really made this hostel special was the volunteers and staff. We absolutely loved that we felt at home at this hostel. Their chef is multtalented. Hands down one of the best gin and tonic i have ever had. Cheers guys

The location of the hostel is perfect. Just like 10 min walk from ADO. I found the staff a bit unfriendly. While I was checking in the girl at the reception was serving 2 people on the same time. Every time she put someone on hold to take a new question. Instead of finishing one by one. Price of the hostel is good. You get a nice breakfast and also dinner is included on some nights. They having a free cocktail night. Can get quite loud and at the night while I was there, there was a couple getting intimidate in my dorm room. This is quite intimidating and gros for the other guests in the room. But this happen when a bunch of drunk people are around.....
Hostel provides water, fresh fruits and coffee all day long. Internet worked well.

Such a lovely hostel!

- Free breakfast and dinner
- Daily deals on drinks
- Free FRUIT!! A small touch but so nice
- Temazcal experience in the hostel for only 100 pesos
- Really sociable vibe, very easy to make friends
- WiFi was quite dodgy in our rooms unfortunately but seems to be common in hostels here
- Hammocks in the garden area were great for chilling in!
- Beds have curtains and plug sockets too

Where to start:
Wifi doesn’t work well in dorms
Extremely loud late into the night despite signing a contract (!) stating otherwise
Beds are unbelievably creaky
Hot water doesn’t last long in showers
Dark u0026 cold dorms
Biggest issue is the reception staff who are unbelievably rude, defensive u0026 miserable. NO transparency around tours, dishonest about extra costs, unresponsive to complaints u0026 blame guests for ‘not asking questions’. Utter lack of respect and professionalism. If you stay here DO NOT book tours through the hostel, go direct to the agencies.

Had a blast here, great staff, busy place with lots going on. Promotions most nights! Food is excellent for free. Stay here.

All in all, really glad I chose this hostal. The crowd was very young, and many times quite loud, but bearing in mind the excellent activities and food they provide FREE? Plus the beautiful and well kept building, I m just holding back from giving it 5 stars when compared to the price!

Loved my stay here!
Cheap, good food, snacks and drinks, nice staff and very social even though it is quite big!
Super glad I stayed here!
