Needed something different than tacos and burritos and found exactly what we wanted. Artisanal beers, a delicious burger and a yummy baguette. And a mezcal as a digestive. They have tons of different mezcal. The waiter spend some time with us to explain the difference between them, very appreciated. I definitely recommend!

Prices are a bit high, but the mezcal is fantastic and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Go with a small group and ask for a tasting before you start your evening out in San Cris, or come here to expand your pallet!

Great drinks, very good selection of Mezcal. Staff had great recommendations, really enjoyed visiting this location. Plus four legged friend are also welcomed and enjoy hanging around. Must go when in Chiapas!

Good place for breakfast, chilaquiles were delicious. Service a little bit slow, but still good.

Great vegetarian food. Friendly staff. They speak some English. Typically street performers across from their outside seating. They serve breakfast and dinner. Reasonable prices for such a popular place and experience.

You like, people, you like watching the flow of life and colors, you like Mescal? Mezcaleria La Surreal is the best in San Cristobal. Take a load off and sit and watch and drink and laugh and have fabulous conversations with your tablemates and if you are in to it, people from around the world who flock to this bar.

Top notch! The mezcal cocktails are absolutely great and they use good products to cook their food unlike so many restaurants. Will be back!
