It was perfect. I traveled to San Cristóbal just for the weekend, stayed there for two nights. The personnel was always very nice, they were helpful and kind. The location is beautiful, the style is rustic and antique. The garden is very ample and has beautiful plants. The rooms are spacious and cozy. There's no room heating, so I guess it might get pretty cold during winter. I would recommend it for people who enjoy quiet lovely places

Checked into Hotel Santo Tomas last minute on NYE. It was a great stay - clean and tidy with everything you needed. Importantly the staff where excellent! We managed to knock the exhaust lose from our car on the MANY speed bumps in the area and the guys on reception helped me jack up the car and re-attach the exhaust!
