Beautiful, traditional, older Mexican hotel. t
The people are helpful and friendly, facilities are clean and secure. Location is perfect for exploring the historic area. English is spoken.

Nice. Quaint. Tiny little bathrooms. The worst part - horrible to non-existent Wifi. Most of the staff were inexperienced children. Rafael was super.

This place is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and the people are fantastic but the restaurant is out of this world. The place was empty and it was late and most of the restaurant had the lights off but they opened the entire place for us and treated us with the utmost class. The upstairs portion is a Spanish restaurant and downstairs was Mexican fare. We went upstairs and it was one of the best experiences in dining and service we have ever had. We will tell everyone that this is a must see when travelling south to Guatemala and beyond.
Absolute 5 Stars

Couldn't have asked for a better local hotel to stay at. It's really cute and the staff don't speak English, yet had someone helping with the translation. We found everything we needed at the hotel including laundry. We enjoyed our stay and we were just a 10min walk for all the must-sees in San Cristobal.

Nice place with nice people and a decent location, but there's a very noisy street right next to my room. So the choices are either let the room get stuffy since there's no fan, or let it be noisy. Also, the towels scratch a lot. Very comfortable bed, and beautiful hotel, though!

Hotel satisfactory but nothing special for the price. As the name suggests the hotel is old but also feels a bit tired and old. There's lots of competition in San Cris with many other hotels offering a better value proposition. Still, it's not bad if you're stuck for somewhere to stay.

Very noisy! Most of the windows of the rooms are looking at loby Hall!
