The hotel is super nice but the rooms have no air flow at all. For warmer days it's like being inside a sauna and they have no A/C or even a fan. The guys working there were always willing to help but you could tell they were totally untrained. Day after day we encountered new issues, as we had 5 rooms. Definitely needs better management as it's a waste of such a beautiful house and great location.

PS. People considering staying here, please read their response to a customer's review, it says a LOT about their professionalism or therefore lack of.

A beautiful place. The hotel is filled with antiques including a 100 year old mirror and an early 20th century radio. The grounds are gorgeous, all kinds of plants, very well kept. Rooms are simple but have all the amenities you need. Location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city.

Very nice hotel, well located at walking distance from downtown. Super clean, very friendly staff and the garden is just amazing. Would comeback with no doubt.

The hotel is super nice and located in the center of San Cristobal. It’s a small boutique hotel with only 11 rooms. Each of them is decorated with exceptional details. The hosts are extremely friendly and had great recommendations for us - definitely stay here when you are in San Cristobal!

The rooms are wonderful. Comfy beds, great hot water available, heater, luxury bathroom- there's nothing missing. The staff are very helpful

Amazingly elegant
Beautiful garden
Amazing sheet, bed..
Issues: each time you come after hours and some time in working hours, someone has to open the door. I had to wait several minutes several times
No conditioner
They didn't do room service unless I asked them to do
On my last day, only one towel, and not a good one

Nice place but the noise! I could hear all the noise from downstairs, if you appreciate sleeping, don't stay here. Staff warm but not efficient. Terrace area really really small very odd! I don't understand the 5-star reviews
