Officially my favorite vegan restaurant in the world. So comforting know that everything is gluten free. They often switch up the menus to keep things fresh, but hopefully the burger is here to stay because it was the best I've ever had as was the blueberry muffin. ????

Bonus points: everyone who works here is a gem. Super friendly and welcoming - I wish I could take this spot with me wherever I go.

What a true gem. Between the amazing food and owners, this has instantly become one of my favorite vegan spots anywhere. I definitely will be frequenting. Ordered the menu of the day.

Stellar place!! Best meal I’ve had in town! Was lucky enough to go on Sunday to try the brunch platter which includes the waffle, garbanzo muffin, sweet potatoes, and avocado toast and it was all heavenly. The juice of the day and smoothies are also amazing. Truly a divine meal that was filling, nourishing, and energizing. The staff really puts a lot of care and love into the food. Can’t wait to come again

Really incredible food. I haven’t gotten a single thing that didn’t feel like it was made with love and was delicious. The burger is incredible and not dry the way some veg burgers can feel. The Saturday meal of the day “loaded sweet potato” in my pic was incredible and the sauce on top completes the dish. The soul bowl was also phenomenal. Not to mention the brownie was amazing chocolate goodness. Best gluten free, vegan food in San Cris.

With all the Cafes in San how to stand apart. Cocina Consciente shows how. The Space, the Menu and the Staff. So perfectly balanced. I am so comfortable being there, a place to linger and be inspired by the quality and passion for what they do. Get yourself in there!!.. ????

How do I begin… this restaurant is 10/5 stars. Incredible service, they couldn’t have done more for us. Amazing knowledge of the menu and all of the food was made with “so much love”. Also really lovely decor and spiritual ambiance. We’ll be coming back daily during our stay in San Cristobal. Thank you so much for everything.
