The hostel is an amazing place to stay in San Cristobal if it is not the best. Everything is clean, the beds are so comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped too. The best is the terrace where you can see the sunset and chill.

I went for a week and at the end I stayed for a month, so you can assess how happy you can be there that you won't want to leave.

Looking forward to come back to the family in Casa Huipil

This place is a GEM!! Absolutely friendly and relaxed atmosphere - yet very clean and professional. The staff lift the place even higher with their positive and respectful ways - I’m vegan and up on special requests it was not only not a problem but even seamed appreciated that I asked ???????????? Always great when being a queer vegan and differently abled gets the same kind of acknowledgement as any other normal being ????????

Excelente lugar por la ubicado así como el precio ( agua caliente, cocina con todos lo necesario, lavar ropa y estancias de descanso) . Silvia y Katty son un amor de personas!!! Fueron muy amables desde que realicé mi primer llamada a consultar tarifas, el lugar es muy acogedor, tiene todas las condiciones para pasar una estancia agradable en San Cristobal ,cerca de la zona céntrica .

Espero mejoren el sistema del fogón que nos tocaba encender y apagar en cada uso y eso para mi era un poco incómodo porque tengo un poco de temor con el contacto con encendedores .
