Na’an was by far the best meal we ate in Puebla. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with every menu item. They were able to explain each dish and all of its components in English and Spanish. They were patient and accommodating to ensure we had the perfect dining experience.
Everything we ate was fresh and full of flavor while not overdoing anything. We ate the 6 course menu, fish ceviche and the fish of the day with guayaba. The drinks were also delicious. Everything was so perfect we are returning the next night.

Na’an cocina is a true GEM in not only Puebla, but the whole world! Chef, Armando Cajero, has trained in many countries, and it shows in his food. He is so very talented and I feel so lucky he is in Puebla, the city where I live.
Every plate is unique, well thought out, using a variety of techniques, which is a testimony to his skills/travels as a chef, and the combination of the flavors are perfection. My boyfriend and I @jordimas55 had been twice and loved it so much, we knew we needed to experience the tasting menu (the pictures), and it did not disappoint! It was so delicious. I have an allergy to lactose and they always accommodate me and the plates are still exquisite, even with the substitutes. And to top it off, the prices are incredibly fair. In conclusion, Na’an Cocina is by far my favorite restaurant in all of Puebla. My recommendations: Try the ensalada de flor de calabaza (it’s insaaaaaane), the ceviche, and every meat dish I have tried has been outstanding!! I.Love.This.Restaurant.

Exceptional food, a real life version of chefs table. Highly highly recommended!! And if you're gonna splash out you should definitely go for the 9 dish with drinks, do the complete sensory journey, it is something you will never forget!!!

Increíble experiencia culinaria. No es para cualquiera, puesto que al ser cocina de autor el chef modifica los platos acorde a las temporadas estacionales. Tienes que estar dispuesto a probar sabores y combinaciones de ingredientes. El servicio es excelente al igual que la calidad de los platillos. Los tiempos entre platillos (en el menú de degustación) son perfectos.
