The walls are very thin and they don’t have a mini-split in the room. The temperature was okay because of the great weather. But it would’ve been nice if the room was at a cooler temperature.

We were thrilled to see 2 proposal dinners. You can certainly feel the love in the air in this cozy and romantic hotel.

Good place to stay, rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Amazing view of the church of Cholula on top of the hill.
Can't give 5 stars because is unsafe waking outside the property due the lack of sidewalk, you have to walk on the road and drivers are careless, you have to be careful .

We do photoshoots there, so can't really speak for the hotel service, but it's a beautiful place, surrounded by nature, with a pool right next to the restaurant. Great for kids and relaxing. Very near Cholula and its pyramid, walking distance in fact.

Rooms ok but dark and cold and dated. Staff very rude and dishonest. They lied about a town party there was in front of the hotel and argue with us with the reimbursement. Not what it used to be. Owners need to pay way more attention on hiring the staff and on customer service experience.

Situated walking distance from the archeological dig. The hotel is beautiful but has its quirks. First off the hotel is ring shaped with open areas everywhere. This was probably done on purpose as the humidity here is so high. The downside is that since it rains here in the afternoon after the humidity that having tile floors isnt the best design choice. If you can get past that and the fact that the rooms have a billion light switches this place is great.
