This is a top of the line hotel, at this price point. Good parking, there is approx 10 car spots and the main entrance to the underground is locked at night. The hallways and rooms are spotless. The bathroom is large, bright and we'll layed out. Near instant hot water. The service is in Spanish only but the front desk ladies are super.

Negatives: The hotel is on a major road so there is a bit of street noise but the noise tapers off after 2200h

Clean, very friendly staff, pretty courtyard. The internet is pretty slow in the rooms across the courtyard from reception. Those rooms are also pretty noisy at night (at least Friday and Saturday night) as the music from the bars one block away is pretty loud. Not the hotel's fault, bit could be rectified pretty easily with decent windows. Great location in Cholula.

Good hotel for the price (350 pesos for a double room, about half the price we could find anywhere else in Cholula/Puebla).

Internet was great in the courtyard, bad in the rooms. And there was a lot of very loud music in the area - probably best to just join them and go out!
