This is my second home... I absolutely love the rooms - incredibly comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom, hot shower! The service is exceptional, breakfast is a bonus (as is the complimenary water). The hotel is within walking distance of the centre, lots of taquerias, a supermarket, OXXO, doctors, dentist and a pharmacy nearby. Just wonderful.

Great little hotel. Very clean and easy walk to centro, the Cholula Museum and Pyramid. Close to a large and beautiful local mercado that has everything you could want. I can't wait to return as Cholula is really cool. Take note; there is no indication on the outside of the property. You and the owner will have to text each other prior and upon arrival. He speaks excellent english and is very nice!

We reserved a room for two nights personally with the owner, including written confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel (it was around midnight, as we announced), the owner said there was no space and there is no chance we can stay. He could not provide any solution to our situation.

How bad the owner‘s actions might have been, the caring receptionist did a great job handling this situation and ensuring that we would find another place.

lovely staff and gorgeous room with a very large comfy bed. Highly recommend! Great location, not far from the centre, but still quiet (apart from the rockets from the church next door!)
