Today's Sunday morning started at this restaurant, which is very crowded at the weekend and some people have to wait to take their breakfast there. Luckily I didn't have to.
The place is cozy and the waiters are extremely attentive to you and try to please you in any way. The food was served fast nevertheless that fact that all the tables were occupied.
My hot cakes were not the best ones I have ever eaten.
The prices are very affordable.
Next time I would like to try their choice of cacao drinks and traditional Mexican breakfast!

Some update: my today's order was a bagel with roast beef and vegetables and a cup of hot dark cacao drink. Actually I was disappointed. The bagel was very dry and hard. They put such a thin slice of roast beef that I didn't feel it at all while eating. All the flavour was dry bread and cucumber. The served salsa and chips were ok. As for cacao drink, I also wasn't satisfied with it. It had an uniform consistency with some crumbles on the bottom. Definitely not recommended.

Biked down from centro Cholula to UDLAP for a Salmon ahumado on a bagel and the Cafécito. Ate on the porch with a view of the Domingo stroll brunch crew. Delicious! Priced much better than the Karma Bagel menú with better view.

A great place for working remotely. Cheap breakfast with unlimited coffee! The only downside is the noisy "Calle 14".

The food we tried (muffins and synchronized) was not very up there: the muffins were very, very bland, they did not taste like anything (and it is difficult for this to happen, since they have beans and cheese); the synchronized ones a bit bland too. For 40 pesos they add fruit, juice and bread. It's worth it, but the bread is bad (toast type of box bread with not very rich flavor, but the jam they serve saves it). The coffee also fell short of flavor. We ordered 3 glasses of water and it tasted literally like lightning: it looked like straight tap water with no filter or anything (disgusting).
The prices in general are not bad, but it would be good to improve the seasoning so that the customer does not find it expensive.
The waitress who served us (she did not give us that water) deserved a 10. With a little effort they can improve the food a lot, so I encourage the Cacao-Cocoa team to continue and improve.

La verdad es que se trata de un lugar muy coqueto y tengo que decir que, salvo por detalles puntuales, está perfectamente atendido.
La comida que probamos (molletes y sincronizadas) no estaba muy allá: los molletes estaban muy muy sosos, no sabían a nada (y es difícil que suela ocurrir esto, al llevar frijoles y queso); las sincronizadas un poco sosas también. Por 40 pesos te añaden fruta, jugo y pan. Merece la pena, pero el pan es malito (tostadas tipo de pan de caja de sabor no muy rico, pero la mermelada que sirven lo salva). El café también se quedó corto de sabor. Pedimos 3 vasos de agua y sabía literalmente a rayos: parecía agua directa del grifo sin filtro ni nada (asquerosita).
Los precios en general no están mal, pero sería bueno que mejoraran el sazón para que al cliente no se le haga caro.
La mesera que nos atendió (ella no nos dio ese agua) mereció un 10. Con poco esfuerzo pueden mejorar mucho la comida, así que animo al equipo de Cacao-Cocoa a seguir y a mejorar.
