Service is bad, but rooms are ok.

Update, TV's need to be replaced for smart tvs with YouTube music.

Room smells like damp and cigarettes.

Ordered some food in the morning, but after seeing the Wi-Fi does not work (even though it's supposed to be included in the room price), I decided to leave. I call the reception about 5 times, no one answers. Walked out the door, got into the car, and tried to leave the parking lot. They kept the gate locked to prevent me from leaving. I had to pay for the food, which I no longer wanted and needed, before letting me go.

Long story short:
Terrible experience and waste of money. I'm never going back and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Always clean the hot water is always on and with good pressure. Room service is fast even when they are at max capacity and the food is hot... A great place to spend a night with your spouse or significant other!!!
