Terrible experience do not recommend to rent here.
We booked it after seeing positive reviews, but most of them are 3-5 years ago. Our experience was very unpleasant at the gate and with Administration.
multiple times we had to argue for our entry as none of the guards seemed to know we were staying there. Our host emailed the administration, and they promised to take care of it. Then guess what? It happens again twice.

The place isn't worth $140 a night if all you get is grief, when I book I want to be treated like a guest I don't know about you.
After getting out of our car in the middle of a rain steom to argue with a guards to let us in because we had Keyes, it became a hassle.

The guards attitude were rute and unhelpful on top of this. Our host was lovely butshe couldn't do much to change the attitude of Adriana and Rynaldo, the administratores who seem to never answer or do something and they never around during business hours.

Use caution when booking here. The standard contract is one sided giving no protection to the renter. Each condo has its own owner and different rental agents ply their trade here. The minimum stay here is for three months as per condo association regulations. The condition of a condo varies widely. Very widely! I rented a two bedroom two bath unit what was received dirty. Finger nail clippings body hair were everywhere. Screens, fans and windows had not been washed in some time. Lack of screens in some windows allowed for numerous small animals to wonder about. The cockroaches were large and numerous. The washing machine did not work and was replaced after two weeks. The rental agent failed to pay for internet service three times during the stay, once for more that a week. Most distressing is the failure to obtain the security deposit back after two months which was promised numerous times. Poor maintenance lead to waking up one morning to finding the apartment flooded with two inches of water. Stuff happens but this was too much.
