We went on Saturday night. The music that was playing outside doesn’t have anything to do with the music was playing inside. It’s a nice night club with the lights and hookah. Now if you are looking for Hip Hop or reggae music this is not the place! It’s giving techno all night long. No breaks at all. I enjoy all type of music my 10 min later with the same music is to much. The drinks taste good and the bartender didn’t make pressure on the tips even tho he let me in that is my bill wasn’t included the tips. I pay with cash to avoid any type of argument with nobody and pay after each round of drinks.

Credit card fraud occurs here. They took my credit card to charge and the waiter signed the receipt. They also billed over $1500 of items that I didn't order. I would not recommend this place. There are safer and better places in the area.

I would not recommend this club to anyone. The staff will try to trick you every opportunity they get. If you get bottle service they make you purchase 3 at a time, then they come out with a bigger bottle for around the same price but they don't tell you have to get 3 of those as well. They bring 3 mixers out once you finish one they ask if you want more but again they don't tell you they charge for those. They try to serve very little alcohol so you keep ordering mixers.

Once you finish the bottles they tell you that you need to buy more and you can't order beer in that area. At that point our group was just fed up with the situation and decided to leave.

I would also be careful paying with credit cards as they made us sign exactly like our signature on our ID's.

we went what would be Thanksgiving in america so maybe not the most popular night and the service was very good for our after wedding party maybe 20 people. super fun time. yes music was loud, lights intense which was great for our party.

Very bad service, a friend had a reservation ,she came out and they didn't want to let her in, they yelled at her.... and the music wasn't the best, you can't actually dance cause it's so narrow inside... that place needs organization

PATRONS BEWARE!!!!

Whether you are local, tourist o otherwise stay away from this scam. This place is full of opportunists and enough is enough. When you get a menu with prices or when you are quoted a price it should be honored.

Credit card skimming, theft, lies and it just starts there. You may be having a good night but when the bill comes rest assured someone is trying to take advantage of you. If you refuse to pay they don't care and will run your card anyway or intimidate you into paying along with mandatory tips.

Enough is enough this continuing trend of lying, stealing and cheating your customers needs to stop.

Shame on you and shame on all of your staff. We will never be back.

Ruined one of our nights in Puerto Vallarta. Had reservations for 5 with bottle service, made the reservation with a person named Ibarra. Arrived at 11 pm were told we weren’t on the list without looking at the list and a smirk on his face by an arrogant and rude door man / bouncer. Based on other reviews it seems that their attempt of exclusivity, it’s a common practice. This review most likely make a difference but hopefully it will help somebody .
