Its above average, very classic Mexican tacos, cooked on the grill with charcoal. Give it authentic flavor. It's a little bit shady and sketchy walking in at night but completely safe. The salsas are made molcajete style so taste good . Do recommend it if your in town for a nice taco.

I arrived early for a dental appointment down the street so I came here after reading other reviews. Glad I went, enjoyed the food very much. It's an open air restaurant, not fancy. I highly recommend the Coconut ice-cream. The portions ensure that you will not leave hungry.

Wow what a hidden gem! I walked by this place not expecting to stop but I was lured in my the smell of fresh food on a grill and a gentleman making what appeared to be tortillas by hand. I was hungry so I decided to stop and try my luck am I ever happy I did. The taco's and quesadilla are made fresh on the premise on a coal fired grill. The staff was friendly and welcoming despite my limited Spanish. I ordered take-out and was pleasantly surprised that the included guacamole, onions and cilantro and beans separately so I can dress the taco myself. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to my next visit.

The food is very good with generous portions. This restaurant has great staff as well. All of the food is very fresh. They do use a little more cheese than I care for, which is my only complaint, but they will gladly use less if asked. I highly recommend this place for some good traditional Mexican food.

Great food. Good local food. Nice little hole in the wall.

This place was amazing one of the best meals we had in Puerto Vallarta. Real red wine for me and nice cold beers for my husband we were both very pleased and when we got our check we were ecstatic. Gave it one less star because we had an ant village near our table. But honestly I didn't care but I thought it's worth noting.

The ribeye was phenomenal - cooked perfectly by fire, and the handmade tortillas were above any I’ve ever had. I never take the time to review places, but this place deserves your visit. You won’t be disappointed in the food.
