I chose this hotel based on location and it did not disappoint. Check-in was fast and easy. The people in the reception area were nice and helpful.
Breakfast was great. Buffet style and the servers were really attentive and got you what you need it quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was a good start to the day.
Night was a different story. My room faced the main street and the noise at night made it difficult to get to sleep. But when I finally slept the street noise was not an issue.
My only complaint included a dead pigeon in the terrace below the entrance to the pool. I pointed it out to the people and it never got removed. It was there when we checked out. I was disappointed. I even offered to remove it myself but I was told to wait for maintenance.
The hotel overall was nice. I expected more based on the pictures but it was fine. I will definitely come back and stay.

Requests: guiet room. Given room on main street of traffic, next to hotel guests that slammed every thing they touched. Fan in room broke, its humid u0026 hot. Drapes have black mildew spots. Staff was accommodating, friendly. Linen on bed had hair on it. Lobby was clean, they do mop clean floors in hotel area. ????. Not a recommend, not going back.

If you are not specific with how many people you have in your room they will change your reservation even though you booked a certain room. Staff was okay but management was something else. I tell you this to whoever is reading this comment. Spend your money somewhere else and get a hotel that is a couple of bucks more and avoid this headache.

Man this place sucked. The bed was so hard. No blanket only a sheet (winter). I hardly slept due to noise. I accidentally paid for an extra night and they would not refund me for the unused night (place not close to full). The room was so dark, the window faced another room. The WiFi sucked! The only reason for the two star is the breakfast and the breakfast lady, she was very sweet. Otherwise not worth the aggravation! That room should have been like $20.

Positive: The location is great - you can easily get a taxi or walk around. The breakfast is simple, but a nice addition. Some of the staff are great and helpful. Others...not so much. Negative: There are bugs in the room - I killed a few cockroaches. The sheets have stains from previous guests. You'll find their hair on your pillowcases, too. -Some- of the staff are excellent. One stopped helping me as soon as I tipped him.

It is just a step above a hostel and I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms were run down and smelled of mildew, the pool was dirty, and it was drastically overpriced

I was asked to leave the hotel at midnight with hotel staff entering my room while I was sleeping. I had a booking error that could have been resolved in the morning. Totaly disgusted
