Great place! Beautiful Hacienda, very clean, well maintained with very friendly, helpful and kind staff.
Although I injured myself (I looked up) the pool and beautiful views from my terrace kept me content.

The hotel is located in a side street. Although opposite was a construction site, the hotel was really quiet. The furnishings were already old but very clean. A plus was the big fridge where we could store our drinks and fruits. The hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful!! The same with the pool...a little bit old but clean and there were towels for the sun beds without charge. Just down the street are our two favorite Vallarta restaurants: Marisca Tía and Pepe's Tacco.

The staff reported a no show to hotels.com but still checked me in and charged me. This created a huge hassle that is still ongoing. They are scammers and refuse to fix their mistake. I would avoid this place.

The rooms where great! The hotel had a beautiful view and the service was excellent. They are located in a perfect location with convenient access to the tourist locations that Puerto Vallarta has to offer without all the noise. Their restaurants were perfect, they had delicious food and wonderful service. They have a great variety of food choices all at a very close proximity which we absolutely loved! I completely recommend this hotel for your stay!

I just wanted to say that the costumer service in this hotel is horrible, that ask you for a $500 deposit, they say that is if there’s anything broken from The room but literary they’ll find any little excuse to not give them to you.One of my towels were a little dirty because of the sand and they didn’t wanted to give the $500 because if that. They really need to get a better customer service.

The staff went into my without my permission. Then the stole very expensive cologne. We called the police and the owner of the hotel had them extortme for even my money. Do not stay at this trashy place. They are thieves

Sorry experience. Come prepared with your own shampoo and conditioner because it’s not provided. Paid 1,300 pesos a night for the jr. Suite because it had a kitchen and fridge but we weren’t allowed to use it. Bedbug bites, dirty sheets, and only 2 towels per room even if you book a room for 4 or 5. To top it off the lobby staff was RUDE and annoyed whenever you asked for clean towels or clean sheets.
