It is a great location. It is close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. It has a small pool that is family friendly. The pool is less busy in the morning than afternoon and evening. It is on a little bit busier street so you may hear more traffic than some, but it is convent for catching a taxi. The only real complaint we had was the water pressure in the shower was not good at all. We did have some water come in through the balcony on one night when there was very heavy rain, but I am not counting it against them based on how heavy the rain was and that it did not happen when it rained on other days. We were there for 8 nights so we were able to experience it well. The location and convenience is the best part and why I would recommend it.

Room was mediocre. Loud street traffic you can hear like it's in your room. Bathroom is worse than a motel 6. Don't stay here. Pictures are catfish. Would never book here ever again

This may be a great place for some people, particularly those who are on a budget and not too fussy. If you are at all accustomed to the standard Hotel brands with plush beds and nice showers, this will miss the mark. Like other reviews have said, things are old. The sheets look old, the shower sputters, the Pool does not look as inviting in person like it does in photos, the white plastic lawn chairs everywhere vibe low-rent, and the street is very noisy. I think it's fair value for the price, the staff are friendly and to get a kitchenette at this price is the most value of the hotel. But it is not an experience I want to continue with and so I'll leave this hotel early after walking around town to find a new one.

Charming Mexican style hotel, spacious room, clean, beds firm but comfortable, really nice spaces. But!! It was so so loud. It’s on the main road heading south out of town, on a cobblestone street with an incline up, so it was full of loud diesel bus and truck noise all night. Loud. And that was after the Act2PV club ended their nightly music and comedy performances (which are very good!), with their backstage only a curtain away from the courtyard of the hotel. Our room—a quad, a really lovely room—opened onto both the courtyard (room door) and the street (balcony, nice rooftops and mountain view), so we got the noise from both directions. Thought about switching rooms but it seemed futile. Great location near all the Romantic Zone action, bus stops, and not far from the beach, Isle Cuale, and Centro. Loved the location and the charming rooms but, because of the incredible noise (and I’m used to noise, not picky on that front), I would not stay here again.

Great little hotel, Mary kept our suite very clean. Front desk staff were friendly. We felt like we were part of the neighbourhood and only a couple blocks to the Malacon.

I would give this place five stars because the only thing that is wrong with this hotel is that it needs a little facelift, and their linens should not be stained(very clean just stained), it's old but extremely charming and the staff is excellent!! Definitely worth what we paid for! We would stay again!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! FALSE ADVERTISING. THIS HOTEL IS NOTHING ALIKE THE PHOTOGRAPHS. CHOOSE ELSEWHERE!

ZERO BEDDING, WATER ON THE FLOOR, NO LOCKS ON DOORS AND THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT HELP!!!!
