Spent 10 days here. Enjoyed it very much. Room was perfect. Clean and lots of hot water. Our balcony overlooked the pool area. Was actually quiet in the evening and all night. Being on the Marina offered many nice restaurants and other shopping and site seeing options. Hotel staff was polite and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Unfortunately, the rooms weren't very sound proof. There were children next door to our room, and we could hear them talking and being vocal. Although the building is a bit older, the staff do a great job maintaining the property. We found that the restaurant was over priced in comparison to others around the marina. Also, the person in the lobby selling excursions had quoted us with some high prices until we said that it was a bit high for our budget. Then she said that because we were guests, she could give us some better rates. We walked down the marina and found the same excursions for a much better price. Walmart isn't too far from the hotel, and it was a nice walk.

As we checked in our room was filled with mold on the curtains, walls, ceiling, and more. The pillow cases and bedsheets were stained and the tv didn’t work. The next morning we spoke to a very accommodating manager who changed our room. Very nice. The hotel was nice and we felt safe. The beach was okay. The water was not for the average swimmer due to the depth and riptides. But no issues. The beach was filled with vendors, which was great but it was like being spammed online but in person. With that said the hotel was nice, the grounds were good.

Great hotel.
Gracias to Juan and Hugo who are both outstanding, Julisa (?) and Norma also we're very helpful.
Rooms are undergoing renovations but all are clean and have views of the pool area.
Nicely kept pool.
Easy access to marina, we were able to leave our car in protected parking for a short time during our absence.
With the exception of one lady at reception, all staff we're very friendly and accommodating.
Looking forward to being back.

Nice place with quite Marina location. Rooms are huge and have strong AC. WiFi is fast if close to router. Good maintenance but things feels they fall apart all the time. Bracelet drama is a real downer. Security staff is vicious.

Cheap rates and cheap service. Food was absolute garbage. Good thing there's better options on the marina or even in the dumpster on the street. My door didn't lock, the hot water was impossible to figure out, my TV only worked some of the time, the pool looks like they pumped water out of the marina in to it.

This is not a 5 star hotel. This is a 3 star hotel doing a 5 star job at being that. If you take it for what it is, you won't be unhappy.
Was here for a night before moving to our condo when I came to PV a day early.
Rooms are basic, clean, beds are ok, pillows aren't my favorite but they are ok for a night. If I was staying longer I would go buy a pillow, but that's how I feel about a lot of hotels.
Hugo the bellman is very charming and helpful, the staff were all very nice and for 60 USD nightly, the hotel delivers.
