The courtyard is beautiful. But we got in the room and the toilet wasn't working. They came to fix it, an hour later, and we thought the problem was solved. Again it happened. We tried switching rooms, they looked at us like we were crazy for asking. Moving us to a smaller room, without compensation, they made it really difficult for us to even have another option. That "you don't like it, leave" mentality. I get it. They can't refund directly, but the service was just so awful. I'd rather stay at a hostel next time. We left of course. At least we have that privilege. Some people don't. It's simply not okay to have this many positive ratings for such a horrifying experience. Not worth wasting the whole day over. I'd rather be at the beach. Thanks for your time. Truly just upsetting. The woman at the front desk was truly amicable.

This hotel was very dirty and does not represent the photos at all. The hotel staff was rude at checkin. We then went to our room to find it dirty. We went up to the pool. It was so cloudy and green you could not see the bottom. We went back to our rooms to gather our bags and saw a supply closet with “clean” linens all over the floor. We went downstairs an hour after arrival to checkout and request a refund. I should have gotten the refund promise in writing as it has been 4 months now and I have not been able to receive a refund from them or my credit card company. Do not book here.

Beautiful building and courtyard, very simple rooms. Many reviewers mentioning the loud air conditioning and wowww they are not kidding. Drowns out anything, and when it kicks in, it's like a horse kicked the wall. Overall for the price it's a good deal considering it's clean, and has a great location. Cracked walls, etc as one ought to expect.. But 5 stars due to the real gem, the rooftop restaurant, which serves the most legit cocktails we had in PV.. And we had a lot

The location is good right on the downtown..but the rooms are old.. beds not to comfortably and to many people because of the restaurant on the roof top is open to the general people.

Dirty, decrepit, derelict building. Beds as hard as tables, windows that don't close which open into the hallways and courtyard letting all the noise in from the upstairs restaurant.

My boyfriend and I really liked this place. The price is right and the location is superb. Sure it's an older hotel and the beds (2 singles) were quite firm and the pillows could use replacing, but the rooftop pool and lounge area was quiet and comfortable. And the bar upstairs, Moments, had excellent service and good happy hour deals. We were inside courtyard, at first I wanted an outdoor balcony, but because it's close to the highway, it was so much quieter where we were.
The room was totally spotless, great housekeeping and lots of hot water. Yes this is definitely not 5 star accomodation, but if you want a clean place close to the beach and restaurants, with a nice pool, this is it!
