Fabulous seafood with a flair. I had a fish fillet in a coconut mango sauce that was out of this world. My family was equally impressed with the aguachile and the other house specialties. The service is incredible, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and they loved our dog, who was with us at our outside table.

My wife and I arrived in Vallarta around lunchtime, so we decided to explore the area around our hotel for a place to eat. We were not disappointed with our choice of El Patron de Vallarta. The food was excellent and our server, Rafael, was very gregarious and friendly.

Food was great, both had the specials : yellow fish tuna and a mahi-mahi, both food and price were good. But it was the friendly staff and great atmosphere that made it so fun. Complimentary tequila after the meal was a nice touch. Thank you Chris, “H” and Jaime for a great evening!

Very busy @4:30pm on Saturday! Mostly locals and that’s always a sign of excellent food u0026 beverages. Outside shade seating or inside seating, super service, prompt service, delicious sangria u0026 fresh yummy shrimp, scallop tostada for late afternoon refreshments!

Amazing service, great food. We got the shrimp burrito and the steak quesadilla, so delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone coming to visit PV. If you like a more authentic atmosphere where the staff are very friendly, this is your place.

Rafael is the sweetest and we were so grateful to have met him and to get to see him twice during our visit to PV. The food is humble Mexican cuisine done very well. The first time we came here, we had the aguachile and shrimp tacos. The second time, we had two shrimp plates with shrimp 2 different ways on each entree. They were delicious each time! We were very happy to give return business and we’ll definitely be back on future trips.

I loved this little neighborhood restaurant for it's simple and well prepared food with ample portions. I had ceviche and fajitas, both were delicious and more food than i could eat in one sitting. The staff are quick and friendly. Felt like home. Great food at a great price. I'll definitely eat here again.
