They advertised a movie showing in English with subtitles all week. I get there and 15 mins before the movie was set to start they removed the movie. They manager told me I need to go by what’s on the app (which is what I went by). This is the 3rd time this has happened. Will only visit Cinepolisn from now on. I’m not upset they show movies in Spanish, but why keep advertising movies showing in English then removing them minutes before the movie is supposed to start?

Been here a couple of times, and I like the place a lot (I have never bought any food here so I won't be reviewing that) BUT toda was the exception, went inside to take my seat and wait for the movie to play, sadly they were CALIBRATING the screen at like less than 2 minutes of the time the movie is supposed to play, that was for 15 - 20 minutes, I didn't mind the wait BUT they NEVER fixed the screen, it was all choppy and a part of the movie wasn't showing but I still stayed, I'm seriously considering not coming back if I see that happen again. 4/10.

I think is better than Cinépolis because of the pricing and the seats are more comfortable. Every time you purchase they give you 2 for 1 tickets promotions, and the staff is very friendly. Cinépolis VIP is better though but the showtimes are limited. Cinemex is still the number movie theater choice for me all the time

Great hot dogs, pop corn and nachos.
Clean and nice smelling theater, attentive staff.

Affordable movies in English u0026 Spanish. Delicious snacks(also affordable. ) the seating was cozy and clean. Just bring a sweater because the A/C is on full blast! Will return again!????????

The employeers are extremely helpful and nice. The manager was so kind helped me an issue I had while buying tickets online.
