As well as Plaza La Madre and Abuelo Park, this one doesn't have working lamps at dusk; their restrooms are not open; overall the park is dirty and you can tell that no workers from city hall are interested in the situation because this has been going on for months as the park is unattended, dirty and is a really sad picture because there's lots of kids spending their afternoons there and what better way to have the city's youth occupied on something than physical activities? But if the spaces are not up to the game, is only discouraging and depressing. So the mayor should really put their people to work on this urgent social issues among many others that Puerto Peñasco has.

They have tianguis (swapmeet)around the park on Tuesdays. Alot of clothes and other stuff. You can drive your vehicle through if you want.

Nice park to spend time with kids and meet people. I wish the city will invest more in maintaining it. You can see deterioration of the kids play area (hazardous) and in most places no lights.

It's a pretty clean park, basketball court as well as green areas!!!

Wonderful shopping, many streets full of new, slightly used clothes, housewares, food, tools, almost anything you are looking for can probably be there.

I love walking around pencil park. The vendors are all so friendly and the prices are great

Tuesdays is Tianguis (like a flea market) day. Many vendors. Old and new. Lots of variety.
