Great place for eating a long meal full with friends. It has terrace and indoor seating.
The menu is extensive and service is fast and attentive.
Highlights include : nopal and shrimp soup, mole poblano and the seasonal Chiles en Nogada.
Desserts are not the strong-suit hence the 4 stars.
Very decent cocktails .
I would recommend for family gatherings and a nice date.

Nice restaurant in Puebla City. All the food is excellent. I do recommend the Mole Poblano, no doubt. Also try ant eggs!

Poor service,server never came around to ask if everything was to our liking. Never asked if I wanted coffee, dessert or even a water.. When I was paying he didn't forget to ASK FOR HIS TIP! I did tip despite poor service, yes I know I shouldn't have. Higher than average prices for the area. Very snobby attitude. Avoid it.

If you visit Puebla, you need to visit here for a typical And excellent Poblano Cuisine, make a reservation in advance so you don’t missed it

Puebla hosts an immense culinary universe, a glimpse of it, beyond any unnecessary show-off, rests in here LA NORIA RESTAURANTE BAR.

With an impecable mixture of ancient and modern cuisine, LA NORIA, draws a new skyline in the capital of the Puebla state.

A pair of nice starters are Chalupas (you habe to try both green and red; watch out, spicy, for newbies) and Queso Poblano.

Their Fideo Seco, provides a lovely view with an impecable flavor explosion, for those who likes small quantities of short pasta as pre-something-else.
Crema de Cilantro is a complete surprise where nuts and coriander mixes perfectly to get a fresh new flavor.

In here, you can try the real deal classics, as Mole Poblano (with all its more than 20 ingredients) and Chile en Nogada.

Sometimes the waiters are not friendly enough to be there, but you can be sure of all the food is beyond worthiness.
