This restaurant chain has a wonderful quality of food but unfortunately it has the worst service, you have to ask several times for a drink or a fork. The last up to 30 minutes to bring you the main course. The best thing is that here they have a wonderful mixology girl who invited you to try her delicious inventions.

Very nice ambiance. (Maybe too much plastic plants)
Food was delicious. Presentation of plate nice.
Service excellent. Ignacio was really good and nice all times.
Quite expensive

We arrived at 20:30 no one was on the door except a girl who was talking on the phone, and laughing.
So we said hello and she kept talking on the phone...
we actually were tiered after a long day of working,
So I did not wait and I told her can you please let us have seat. She did not like that and treated us badly.
The strange thing here is when I arrive with a nice car the entrance of the place become very different,
She never asks you what is your name until you have a seat. But this time I arrived with my normal car and the behavior got changed.
The food of the place and the drinks and the waiters is excellent. But this time I give them 3 stars until they fix the issue with the door.
I recommend you to eat the black pasta with sea food.
In general a good place with fantastic collection of wine.

I have visited this place three times. All of them have been memorable. The food is great, wide variety of wine and good ambience. Recommended.

Romantic location to take your couple to Italy without moving from puebla city. Gourmet style with greater attention from the waiters.
