Wonderful place for jogging ????u200d♂️ and daily exercise. Also a nice family park on weekends with kids playing places. Football and basketball grounds

They have ponds, ducks to feed, even native birds! There's a restaurant and a Café, also there's a running track and a football field. It's quite a big place, you can even cook barbecue if you want. Just try to bring an umbrella in case it rains.

Nice large clean park with some beautiful wildlife. Plenty of things to see and do.

Nice place and lots of green areas. Might need more places to sit down where there is shade. It can get quite hot during the day.
It's bad that they don't allow bikes anymore

I like this one because you can start to run or cycle and it connects to the much larger Parque Lineal and Eco-Parque Metropolitano, so you can do a long circuit (about 15km a lap).

What I dislike is that there are a lot of "coaches" that give their "classes" (without any valid accreditation, of course, they are just people that exercise and think that's enough to teach) and they use large speakers and make a lot of noise, ruining everyone else's stay.

The running track is barely OK, a mile and a half, the one at Parque Ecológico is much better.
Basketball court, well, it's just the one.

Great spot for working out... 400m track, 1 km and 1 mile trail, lakes worth ducks, mini golf, basketball court, different sports like box, yoga, aerobics and runners clubs.
