Best customer service ever! Our tour guy was so informative and knowledgeable. I learned so much, never knew about this war of France with Puebla, was never taught about in school, but was happy to learn of it. They have quiz games for the friends and family on a touch screen tv it was very fun. Highly recommend to go visit

This is a little round building inside which they show a video - note that most of the reviews and photos you see here are not for this specific place, but from the general fort area. Giving it 2 stars because they never seem to be open - always someone there though, but they give conflicting information.

Hay dos museos el interactivo 5 de mayo que es de entrada libre y el fuerte de Guadalupe que tiene un costo de 55 pesos.

En cuanto a museografía esta mejor el del fuerte de Guadalupe pero en el interactivo además hay guias de turistas que enriquecen la visita.
