Fantastic jewel in Cholula. Modern place combining Mediterranean and Mexican styles. Tuna tartar with Mexican twist was delicious. Arrachera steak was fantastic. First time I had a properly cooked Mexican style steak. second steak with mexican style red souce was a bit overcooked to my taste but nevertheless very delicious. red wine poached pear desert was absolutely great. Finished it with proper espresso. You can't get duch smooth espresso anywhere in US. Decor is modern. the restaurant is very clean. Silverware, glasses and plates are new and modern design not a cheap type. Music selection is good and nonintrusive. Room acoustic is good allowing both to hear music and have a conversation. highly recommended if you look for a nice place with food above average carne asada and mariachi music.
