I love McCarthy's normally and I have been to this one before where I had a good experience. It is one of my go to's. However I don't understand what happened on this occasion.
Our order was messed up and the staff tried to shift blame to us. However when the establishment has music too loud that you have to text people because the only other option is shouting at the top of your lungs two inches from the person's ear. The establishment should be taking responsibility for their waiters not being able to hear their customers and thus messing up the order.
This also doesn't take into account the assault upon your ears of such loud music in such a tiny space. After waiting 40 minutes for the wrong order to arrive all 3 of us ended up leaving massive headaches.
I will still be enjoying McCarthy's in the future but not at this specific outlet again.

Good Irish type pub with live rock, recommended if you just want to grab a beer and some comfort food if you are at Puebla, recommended for sure if you like this kind of places

It's always dirty, which is why I wouldn't give it a five star.
