Excellent food. The service is very attentive at your table, but difficult to locate when you want their attention for some reason, or to ask for the check. I deleted two stars because we were seated at a table with a grate on the floor. Up from this grate poured cold air and we were all chilly. For a long while we just thought we were feeling the temperature of the restaurant, until one of us noticed this grille on the floor that opened directly to the floor below. I came down with a bad cold from sitting all night directly next to this cold air flow. Everyone who goes to this restaurant must take an elevator to the floor directly below the restaurant, and then take a flight of stairs to the restaurant. I remember when we got out of the elevator, that it was freezing cold, but I felt assured that when we ascended the staircase and entered the restaurant, it would be warm and comfortable. In my opinion, the blast of cold air coming up from the floor below, ruined our evening. I’m sure the management and staff are well aware of this problem, but obviously are not making any attempt to close these grates when the air is cold downstairs.

La Cúpula restaurant has amazing 360° views of the city. The food is decent with very affordable prices. We were a group of six with champagne and food and paid a little over $100 dollars.

Excelente servicio y una muy buena atención por parte del personal. Muy amable y educado. Te apoyan en cualquier detalle especial. Fui a una vena con mi pareja y nos dieron una sorpresa por nuestro aniversario. Además la comida está muy rica, los alimentos son frescos. El ambiente se ve muy genial cuando es de noche porque se reflejan las luces del lugar junto con las de la Cuidad de Puebla. El lugar está un poco escondido pero es perfecto para la ocasión de cenas y eventos muy especiales. Le doy 5 estrellas, realmente volvería a cenar ahí.
