The food was great and the ambiance nice. It is worth a visit. It is pricey. There is Valet parking. The service was good but my main problem is that it was all too fast. For a restaurant like this they did not respect quality time. For example they would take your drink/plate as soon as you were done and bring the next. So all in all l could have finnished in 15 minutes. Then they tried to sell you another drink or plate all the time. Yes somebody may call this great service. I call it being rushed.

Wonderful quality of ingredients, fish and seafood although they have been too but the seafood is outstanding! I usually don't like sushi rolls except for this place... Fresh Crab is velvety and sweet, octopus, fish, shrimp!!! Fusion, yes, but creative and amazing! Economical also! Skip the dessert, not worth it, seafood is the thing here....

Great place for Japanese food, it’s mine and my family’s favorite in Puebla.

We’ve been coming here for a long time and we’ve never had an issue with the food, drinks or staff.

It’s probably between 300-400MXM per person, so it’s not a on-a-budget place, however it’s worth it and they will always.

I hadn't been to Kampai in about a year and a half. I came today for my birthday and was really disappointed. There are now lots of restrictions on the 2x1 rolls promo, which is the main reason to come in the first place. No complimentary birthday dessert either. Also no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. Used to be my favorite sushi in Puebla, reserved for special occasions bc it's pricey, but next time I think I'll skip it and just get "mariscos" instead.

If you do decide to go, the Thai Spicy roll is the tops!

The service was good. The food was great! I wish they would sell the mojitos with alcohol. But due to the Corona virus they can't.
