Great location close to the Zócalo. Quite spacious rooms. Very noisy with a sign saying ‘quiet after 9pm’ and the hotel is blasting out music well after 10pm - that doesn’t seem right. Very friendly cleaning staff and guy at night on reception was really helpful with great English. Woman on reception in the morning was rude.

The set up is very Spanish, very quaint. Not the biggest rooms but good for the price. Staff are nice and helpful. However it is really noisy, when it rains it sounds like the end of the world. The arrangement of the rooms means the sound travels from the lobby.

Perfect! Nothing further than a good service, do not expect a luxury service, but for sure a nice, kindly and efficient staff, from the beginning to the end all stay was perfect, good price-quality balance, rooms are acceptable for short middle stays, the instance is 10 min away from center and many restaurants by walking distances, Only wifi failed a bit.

Near to downtown. Instalation is clean and all staff are very kind. It is cheap. If you arrive by car this place has parking place. Great to spend a couple of days in Puebla.

Nice hotel. Clean and well-kept. Rooms are basic but function. Hot water is consistent though the showers aren't the best.

Has a bed, some neat balconies, and a shower. Quite affordable, but not somewhere you are going to spend much time relaxing.
