Hotel Puebla Inn Express

Giving it only 1 star just because the view. Service wasn't reliable at all, when we arrived we tried to get into the parking and couldn't, I had my room in the 7th floor and have to go up to the 8th floor and take the stairs one floor down to get to my room and to the same to get out of my room.
The room looked somewhat clean and the bed it was hard, old and uncomfortable, there was more space for the closet than the beds itself.
About the bathroom, it was too small, I couldn't even sit on the toilet comfortably and the shower it took about 20mins before the hot water starts.
Wasn't cheap, I decided to stay there out of convenience because it was near where I was supposed to attend business.
There are other places with better service and price.

Nothing special. Clean rooms but small. Beautiful view of the city from the hillside where it is located. FYI Uber drivers have a hard time finding it.

Nice place but a bit overpriced, and little old. The breakfast included was good, and the internet was also good. Parking is very secure but there aren't any restaurants or sites walking distance from the hotel.

The best hotel ever in Puebla, nice, clean, and very beautiful, you can ask for transport to any tourist pkace, and it has no extra cost, they have the option to get you up, continental breakfast, the best experience ive ever had

Excellent service and totally recommended, the location is lonely difficult but the hotel is nice
