The current reviews must have been posted by the hotel staff. My husband is there right now and his room is awful. 2 queen beds and no mattresses. They put an eggcrate on the box spring. No fridge or coffee in the room. And no refund available so he can get a better hotel. He is stuck here for almost 2 weeks.

Great location, clean, superb service. Breakfast was very good. In the evening I took some snack and they accommodated me being vegetarian by replacing the meat with some other extra.
Too bad they were working on the road. Qe will definitely return!

Great option in Puebla. Lovely area, restaurant, bar, great staff and prices. I highly recommend it!

The location is very good, it has nice view from the windows, and it is very clean and comfortable hotel.

The hotel is a convenient place but everything was wrong no hot water the USB charger where all broken, all the electric was no working appropriate was no heat,no hoy water no a very good experience ????
