Nice design hotel but the way the hotel is constructed there is so much noise, you cannot get a good night sleep. First we woke up to hotel workers having a loud conversation at 1:30am and had to tell them to be quiet. Then, we wake up to workers working on the roof at 7:30am. We are on the top floor and you can hear every conversation below you.

Crazy for such an expensive hotel! Be warned

Want to add that the hotel employees were very kind and super helpful, they did everything they could to make it a pleasant stay. Breakfast was deliceous!

If you like your sleep this hotel is not the one. There’s two bars next to it and its unnecessary obnoxiously extra loud music and live band in a open space playing whole night until 2am. The hotel is not sound proofed at all, its all made of glass and wood and you can hear everything. I’ve been around the world and I’ve never experienced like that . I guess theres no city regulations nor anything hotel management can do. Me and my friends was attending a wedding and we have to fly early the next day and was so exhausted. Its beyond unbelievable!

Sorry guys.
Really cool hotel. Great location. LOVE the architecture and all but they failed to inform us of a DJ rave party on a Friday night right above our head. It was awful to have all this noise. They said it will stop by 10:30 and it kept going until 11:30 when o went down second time to complain. Who does that ??! I understand they need the extra cash in the covid days but they should at list inform us when we book so I can chose if I am ok with it or not. They did apologize and been super nice but I would check if there is party before booking. I know I am not the only one sensitive to noise. And it was crazy noisy.
If there is no party - I would go for it.
Very nice breakfast. Locatio. Vibe. All.
But it ruined it for us.
Also - handle the mosquitos please - I had to fight with like 5 of them until I was able to sleep.

This place is a one of a kind . Anything from the architecture to the delicious food.
My family and I went there for lunch . The hotel architecture is very unique and beautiful. The food was great and environment in the restaurant itself was amazing with the friendly staff. This is a place that you definitely be back for more great experience and delicious food. Highly recommend!!

Beautifully designed. Practicality was not a main concern for the architect. Looks were. Fine with me. Great and central location yet quiet. Really good food, friendly but exceptionally slow service in restaurant even if empty. Rigid rules (lunch menus can be ordered from 1pm, not a minute earlier, you cannot pay your room at 7 am if you still have a packed suitcase in your room, it must be totally empty....etc, etc). For the price, just a continental breakfast and no breakfast buffet available during weekdays was unexpected, but, to be fair, it was clearly described on the website. So no real surprise but still stunning. Only hotel I have ever been in Mexico that quotes room prices in US-$. Would I go again? For short stays only.

The service was some of the best I have experienced. They catered for our family perfectly and anticipated our needs, organising a bed for the kids in our room. We had such an enjoyable stay that we decided to stay another night. Comfortable, chic and well appointed. Recommended

Hotel design with open space for breakfast and dinner uncomfortable due to the cold weather. Needed sweater and jacket for breakfast.
Incident where staff decided at 7 pm they wanted to enter to check lock . We were woken uo by a phone call unanswered. This was followed by hard knocks on the door and an attempt to enter the room in spite of Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door. After raising issue with hotel manager did not receive apology or any courtesy. Seems they didn't care. Too bad location of the hotel is very good.
