The one and only hotel that I would stay in and Puebla. There is no wonder why this is a five-star hotel. From the doorman to the receptionist all the way to the bellhops this hotel will not disappoint.

The food from the hotels restaurant is absolutely delicious and you can tell there was so much love and care put into each meal. I had a complaint about another guest staying and it was immediately taken care of. This hotel will take care of all your needs that you could have my cat was even taken care of with great care and even treats in a cat but it was given to her.

I requested a great view on the top floor and that’s exactly what I got we had access to the gym as well as the business center this hotel is absolutely by far my go to hotel if I didn’t already live here. Even my daughter has asked to go back as a staycation hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with exquisite taste and who prefers the finer things in life.

Such a clean place. Great amenities. Sauna was the best part of it. Room 608 had a beautiful view as well, I got to gaze at the mazing mountains and the city lights were stunning.

Is a Modern Hotel very Clean, Stuff is very friendly, They have Breakfast buffet they prepare your Omelette , quesadilla, sopes . in front of you all very tasty, I recommend Price is average

Forced valet parking but nobody at the bell stand to help with our bags. A little odd. But, the hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly.
