Rooms are dark with no ceiling lighting. Small window for air circulation. No AC or fans.

Lousy service with very dark rooms. Cleaning service should be improved considerably. Despite privileged location, their attitude makes this hotel a no-go.

Great location. But rooms are old and worn out. Hotel desperately in need of remodeling. Reception staff very slow, not very sharp and with chips on their shoulders. At least the price is reasonable. You get what you pay for.

This one is very comfortable. I stayed with a friend and it isn'tvery traditional even though it is at the center of Puebla, but the room was big, and the water pressure was excellent.

The hotel was perfectly located, the hotel is nice and clean, the bed wasn't very comfortable thought but the size of the room is very nice since it's very big ???? very close to the picture of the church I just posted

Very good place. One of the best hotels I've been to. I hope to come to Puebla again someday.
