Holiday Inn Puebla la Noria, an IHG Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everyone of the staff was very friendly and accomadating. We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in early which allowed us to get some rest. Alfonso and Alberto are an asset to this property welcoming us every morning for breakfast and providing us excellent service. This property is centrally located close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, its very close to everything. The hotel got a awesome customer service, the food is great and abundant. They need to upgrade some gym equipment.

Good location. Good very well treated.
Parking basement is very dark and floor uneven. My son and me twist an ankle and there was no reaction at the front desk.
Although I registered 3 guests the Hotel never considered amenities and supplies for all three. Had to ask every time.

This hotel is in the middle of everywhere. The staff is very helpful. I asked for a fridge because my room did not have one and I need to keep some items cold. They provided the refrigerator at no cost and very promptly.
There are tons of restaurants around so I did not try the food at the hotel. The views at the high floors are very nice too. I just wish the provide rugs or offer some rooms with carpet (just a personal preference because I don;t like cold floors!).
I will definitely stay at this property again!

Good quality holiday Inn, though pillows weren't the most comfortable. Great views from higher floors and small heated pool.

I've stayed here many times. The service is excellent whether it's the front desk, concierge or restaurant. They all go out of their way to obe helpful u0026 many of them speak English. Breakfast Buffet has a great selection. Room Service was very quick u0026 food excellent. Nice views from nicely maintained rooms. Could use a fridge u0026 microwave. But overall EXCELLENT every time I've stayed there. And the price is very reasonable. Much cheaper than some I've stayed at that had worse rooms u0026 service.

The Holiday Inn La Noria is comfortable, conveniently located and has comfortable, well-appointed (but not luxurious) rooms. Toiletries are very basic and TV channels somewhat limited; but internet service is good and stable, and the gym and buffet breakfast round up a good experience overall.
I would recommend that they have extra blankets available, as the room was chilly and I had to use a dry towel for extra warmth.
