Gorgeous hotel with great amenities! Excellent customer service! Amazing breakfast and rooms! Sky bar was a treat. Nice gym and pool area. Conveniently located for shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location in center of city. Many options to dine out as well to dine in. Very clean and attentive staff. They make you feel like home. Excellent service.

I was thinking about to have access to request some special songs (only 2) but the waitress told me it was impossible because they do not have access to the system.... So you can not request a " happy birthday" song you know. This is my point of view of course. The place is very nice and the staff are very polite ????. You must visit this place.

This hotel gave me an extraordinary experience, I can congratulate almost all the people who helped me and made my stay one of a kind, starting with Luis the gardener, Veronica and Mari Carmen from the spa, Karla the restaurant manager and Laura the waiter, Anahí the host, all the staff at reception and I can't recall everyone but really congratulations!!

This hotel is so luxurious and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Plus the staff is top notch. From the attentive bell boys (Javier u0026 Armando) to the warm reception (Emmanuel) at the front desk along with amazing service in the restaurant (Emmanuel u0026 Ricardo) who offered exceptional suggestions from their diverse menu. Even the room service (Jose Juan - JJ) was phenomenal. I highly recommend the tomato soup and ribeye tacos.

I typically always stay at Marriott properties but when in Puebla, I will always choose the Grand Fiesta Americana Angelopolis.
