Great place, good service. remodeled rooms on the first and 7th floor that are mostly nicely done. I would not recommend the not remodeled floors as they are old. the pool and the restaurant were great!

This hotel was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We felt the earthquake and they acted quickly and evacuated us. Some guests walked out without shoes and the staff was quick to offer towels for them to step on once we were outside.

The breakfast was also great and the whole check-in and check-out process was fast and easy.

THIS HOTEL HARDLY REACHES THREE STARS. Although lobby, receptionist and restaurant areas look nice and modern, rooms are not. It looks like frozen in the 1970s. Boxy wall A/C units, shower and tube outdated. Towels are rags. Very limited, Spanish - only TV channels. Good service and location make the stay up a little bit, there are other hotels in the area with nicer and updated rooms for the same price range. Owners are just milking the cow..

Service was ok but wouldn't stay here again. Room and hotel smells weird. Everything is very old and dirty.

Marriott always means excellence. But among all Courtyards I have been, this one is the best by much.
They do really care about their Marriott Rewards members and do their best to make you feel comfortable and valued.
At least that's what they showed during my 10 night stay. :)
Extra points for the workout area. Plenty machines and space to train comfortably.

Rogelio the security guard was lovely and staff was exceptional, rooms had beutiful view and food was excellent.

Friendly staff and hotel is clean. The pool needs to be heated and updated to not look so dull and dirty. The fitness area is simple. They never have complimentary coffee in the morning like they said they would. I can’t complain about the price we paid. The restaurant menu was more of a high class restaurant menu. Late night room service, and lunch options of more simple appetizers or sandwiches. Vegetarian options even would have led me to dine at the hotel more.
