American food, you can’t expect great cuisine. I only go here to get the exact same thing, I know what my order will be before going and never change it because it’s the only thing they have that I like and that it’s not bad. Every time, the rest of my the people I go with will complain about their plate, drink or something else.
The service is always good, they’re friendly but the can NEVER get an order right, if you switch fries or ask for something specific, you better expect them to not do it and have to ask for it again.
It about 180-200MXN per person. I like this place for the chicken crispers, that’s the only thing I get... but I wouldn’t recommend it for the burgers or anything else. There are better options everywhere.

Waiting 30 minutes for a poor quality burger. Dry patty, dry fries, hard bun, weird flavour of cheese. And after this all they refused refund. Thanks for stomach ache.

As far as I love this place to get some boneless buffalo wings, I ordered yesterday for delivery and have to say I was really disappointed. Although the taste was good, the wings had not even 3 drops of sauce on them. I ordered 20, and got only 3 celeries for the entire meal. Really? At least the blue cheese portion was fine.

It is what chilis is. There are expectations and they are met. Now off to something muy authentico... I do feel weird eating a chicken fajita with this .... Dress? In front of me though

Food was decent. A bit under cooked. The drinks were great. The server was awesome. Other guests seemed very sick and were seated nearby us. Not sure if they were screened for covid symptoms or not.

We showed up at peak lunch time. The service was amazing! They worked like a team to get food out and made everyone feel at home.

Chili's is just great, anywhere you go. At this one they have different specials everyday. Being there on a Thursday, we had margaritas for 45 Pesos I think
