I’ve been to this restaurant with some friends and I want to go back!!! The chef is a genius! All I ate was a great combination of fresh ingredients, traditional mexican food, geniality and culinary artistry. Starting with tortillas and mole poblano, red and green mole. The beef and duck meats I tried was soft, savoury and original. The duck was served with an unespected but amazing banana puree.
I also recommend chile poblano filled with cheese, chocolates, cakes, fruits and drinks. All the dishes are very well prepared and presented. Located in Puebla's city centre, the restaurant is masterfully restored.
