We booked the car with a large company online app we use when traveling. However this company Payless charged us a much higher rate and stated the rate we booked online is no longer valid because we agreed to a much higher rate by signing papers when we picked up the car. Make sure you translate and read what you sign. They charged us a fortune for what should have been an affordable rental. Big mistake!

Left the tires low on air and didn't wanna put air. They found the smallest scratch and charged me for it. Way to expensive not worth it.

Compare to other car rentals companyies, the quality of the "economy car" is really poor. Car with lot of scratch on the exteriors, with hole and stains in the interior. At the checkout they found that a carpet was missing and they wanted me to pay for that... to finally double check the contract and see that it was initially missing at the checkin too. I really dont recommend this car rental company
