Open daily at 6am on Luis Donaldo Colosio Avenue, Panadería y Pasteleria Mana is a decidedly locals-only Bakery in Playa del Carmen, its perfunctory service offset by low prices for Pan Dulce and Desserts that range from good to merely decent.
Taken to go for snacks at Xplor, though a medium-wet slice of Tres Leches and one Concha didn’t make it past the door, highlights included springy Cake with a thin layer of Pineapple Jam plus Icing while both the Cookie and Oreja were so dry that one might question whether they were leftover from the previous day.
