Pictures are so misleading. If you think you can swim in this pool, think again! It's more like a big puddle than a swimming pool but hats off to the photographer, who should get an award for his photography skills. In booking.com it says it's a 4* hotel... I don't know who told them that but it's a lie! I've stayed in better dorm rooms in hostels than the room we were given. In total we paid $832 pesos for 1 night and breakfast wasn't even included, even though it said it was on booking.com. 2 stars are due to the grounds being nice and the friendly staff who politely listened to our complaints and gave us the free breakfast. However, the bed and pillows are bricks and it's over-priced for being in the middle of nowhere. Town center and pyramids are both like 30 minutes away by car.

This place is really great and I think it was under 70 usd dollars. Included your free breakfast, I believe they also serve lunch and dinner but you have to pay a bit more. The breakfast was okay and didn't have a lot of food and lacked a lot of variety as well. It was a bit noisy at night but no fault to them we got a room that was closer to the street there are more rooms that are little bit further back. For the value, I think this place is really great. I would have to recommended someone to stay here.

I really found this hotel very convenient. It is clean, spacious and not far from downtown Oaxaca. To make it for the distance, the hotel has a free shuttle which takes you to the historical center. If only I had had my free ride for the programmed and booked 9:30 am-shuttle bound for downtown on May 16th, 2017 and because it was unfortunately cancelled without previous notice, I would have given five stars to this hotel.
So, my advise, double check for the shuttle and anyway be prepared to pay for a cab.

Old towels...one ripped face towel and one broken glass for two people and we were not told we had to pay for ice which we had to get ourselves.booked a villa, it was not comfortable and the tv didn't work and we were put all the way in the back and the place was empty Changed to a regular room which was half the price and they would not refund our money. Not worth the price.and would definitely NOT stay here again or u003cbr/u003e recommend it to anyone else. servers we're very nice in the restaurant and food was good...

This place was awesome will definently stay here again. We got a Bungalow and it's like a small home with stove,sink and fridge. They also have a playground, pool and a laundry mat where you drop off and they wash it for you for a few bucks!

No internet service in the room, I did report the failure and was not solved the problem...TV volume was too high and remote control didn't work. In favour it has the landscape with nice swimming pool and high pressure water in the shower, I wouldn't come again here for business

Stayed in here while on vacation,
Clean , everything looked in great shape.
The breakfast buffet was really good
