Note: This is a review for Altos Terranova (the upper level of Terranova, which you can access by taking the stairs to the right of the restaurant).

As a local here, I highly suggest that you visit this place. The quality of the restaurant downstairs is sub-par at most and it's usually very crowded. If you're looking to get a more private service by an awesome wait staff, I suggest you come here. My top pick food wise is the traditional Oaxacan Mole. There are many other options for a reasonable price compared to other competitors around the area.

This is a great people watching spot on the Zócalo. The only downside is that you will get hit up by lots of vendors. But they have an excellent wine selection and the guacamole is great!

Delicious food but you need to order the specials. Normal view for the park, great service. Order beer to get a nice snack.

Let's face it, you walk in knowing you're paying for the location. Service was attentive, the food was mediocre and the prices were high, considering... The provided hot sauce was Tabasco.. unreal

Food is not great and it is overpriced. So many better restaurants in the area, don't waste your time here
