The food here is phenomenal! Definitely on another level, this restaurant is one, if not the best in Oaxaca. The food presentation looks just as delicious as the flavor of the every plate. The staff was amazing too very attentive and respectful. Highly recommend!!

I Had 6 course degustation menu which was combination of variety foods with focus on local ingredients, interpreted in a new, fresh and stylish way. Food was delicious I really enjoyed it a lot. What I missed however was personal touch of staff. Usually through experience like this staff is more focus on every detail here I missed that. Moreover I tried to understand what was each food about but staff missed storytelling and it was hard to know what I eat. So tip to improve is personal storytelling while serving the food.

By far the most creative chef in Mexico! This is the one restaurant you need to experience if visiting Oaxaca. This place never disappoints. The chef stays true to his art and while keeping dishes fresh and new they are consistently fabulous. The food, the service and the decor are all superior to other restaurants in Oaxaca. The location is close to the Zocolo. The Mexican wine they carry is worth tasting.

Can’t say enough good things about this place, everything was outstanding. It is a high-end place, a little quiet and I think it’s great for a romantic dinner in a lovely atmosphere. The shrimp dish to me was one of the best I’ve had anywhere.

We took one menu degustation, one a la carte. I don't recommend menu degustation, the food was too heavy with a lot of sauce and salsa. I can see the restaurant is trying to enlighten the dish with citrus and greens, but overall too heavy. Service was strange, we had different people serving us, some dressed oddly and we were confused for this type of restaurant. For the price/food quality/food presentation/taste, a la carte would be a better choice

The best food we had in Oaxaca City! The atmosphere was lovely, service was on point and the food was so original and tasty. As my dining partner said “I’d come back to Oaxaca just to come back here!” Seasonal rotating menu but if you’re there and the Chilpachole crab stew is still on the menu, get it!

This is a must in Oaxaca. We stopped in since it was close to our hotel and it was the day we flew in. We were blown away by the food and the ambience!

First of all our waiter MEMORIZED my 7 allergies… and then the rest of the staff proceeded to memorize it as well! When she saw me hesitate with a dish she listed all 7 allergies and said it was free of all of them…. I’ve never had that happen even at high end restaurants .

My husband did the 6 course and I did the duck. I tried the duck elsewhere and it couldn’t beat the one I had here.

Will be coming again next time we’re in town !
