We had such an amazing day with Minerva u0026 her family. If you want to taste real Oaxaca cuisine, learn all about the different ingredients, take a trip to the market, make salsas, mole, tortillas, quesadillas, and so much more in the comfort of a family home I highly recommend this experience and arrive hungry it’s totally worth indulging in it all! Minerva only speaks Spanish however her lovely niece helps translate and they couldn’t have welcomed us more into their family home. Even the fact she only spoke Spanish made the experience feel even more cultural. Thank you so much for such a lovely day, for all the homemade treats, the mezcal and for filling up our tummies with delicious food! Muy bueno.
